In the new context of juridical formation to be developed in the academic units, it is necessary to value and to integrate the different types of knowledges that intervene in the construction of the knowledge and transpose the traditional disciplinary borders, that particularly in the juridical area, it is present frequently reduced to the exclusive norms consideration and where the deployment interdisciplinary, opened and complex, can be constituted in a powerful stimulus. For the best com- prehension of this idea, we value the trialism contributions, to that we adhere for thinking that it is the one that better represents a possibility of to creative designs curriculum that they project to the juridical knowledge in realistic perspective, plural, constructivist and vital.En el nuevo contexto de formación jurídica a desarrollar en las unidades académicas, es necesario valorar e integrar los distintos tipos de saberes que intervienen en la construcción del conocimiento y trasponer las fronteras disciplinarias tradicionales que, particularmente en el campo jurídico, se presentan frecuentemente reducidas a la exclusiva consideración de normas; y donde el despliegue interdisciplinar, abierto y complejo, puede constituirse en un potente estímulo. Para la mejor com- prensión de esta idea, valoramos los aportes del trialismo, al que nos adherimos por considerar que es el que mejor representa una posibilidad de crear diseños curriculares que proyecten al conocimiento jurídico en perspectiva realista, plural, constructivista y vital.
