In this work I reconstruct, from several references dispersed in his work, some of Foucault´sreflections about University. I explore some historical references about the University, their functions,and its role in the disciplinarization of knowledge and bodies, and, at the same time, I try to advance,at the end of the work, certain specifics ideas about law.En el presente trabajo reconstruyo, desde varias referencias dispersas en sus obras, algunas reflexionesde Foucault respecto de la Universidad.
