Description	En este escrito pretendemos establecer una crítica a las posiciones univocistas y equivocistas en la sociología jurídica desde una perspectiva dialéctica y hermenéutica. Nuestro objetivo radica en definir la especificidad de lo univoco o absolutista y lo equivoco o relativista en el pensamiento sociológico, definiendo las peculiaridades concretas de la dialecticidad en tanto elemento opuesto a tales tendencias.	es-ES
