The recent global pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus is analyzed from the general theory of law and legal philosophy. Social values, applied regulations and their relationship with the elderly.
 
Se analiza desde la teoría general del derecho y la iusfilosofía, la reciente pandemia mundial provocada por el virus COVID-19. Los valores sociales, las normativas aplicadas y su relación con las personas mayores.
