DescriptionIn this article, under the premise of the importance of trade in our society, the author makes an exhaustive analysis of the Dispute Settlement Mechanism (DSM) of the World Trade Organization. It also details the advantages of the Dispute Settlement Understanding (DSU) and the access of developing countries to this mechanism. Finally, she concludes by making it clear that although the DSM has brought enormous benefits, compliance with the cases is essential to achieve an efficient and equitable system for all countries.  en-US
DescriptionEn el presente artículo, bajo la premisa de la importancia del comercio en nuestra sociedad, la autora realiza un exhaustivo análisis sobre el Mecanismo de Solución de Diferencias (MSD) de la Organziación Mundial del Comercio. Asimismo, detalla las ventajas del Entendimiento de Solución de Diferencias (ESD) y el acceso de los países en vías de desarrollo a este mecanismo. Finalmente, concluye dejando en claro que si bien el MSD ha traido enormes beneficios, el cumplimiento de los casos es escencial para lograr un sistema eficiente y equitativo para todos los países.es-ES
