The investment in electricity transmission infrastructure has the regime of Public-Private Partnerships as a regulatory policy. The projects are awarded through a tender and the subscription of the Concession Contract. However, the determination of rates is established by the referred contract and by a different regulatory framework. This generates a regulatory risk, as there are no mechanisms to mitigate the future damages that may arise after the modification of the applicable regulatory framework.La inversión en la infraestructura de transmisión eléctrica tiene como política regulatoria el régimen de Asociaciones PúblicoPrivadas. Los proyectos se adjudican a través de una licitación y una suscripción del Contrato de Concesión. Sin embargo, la determinación de las tarifas se establece por este último y por marco regulatorio diferente. Ello genera un riesgo regulatorio en tanto no existan mecanismos que mitiguen los potenciales perjuicios tras la modificación del marco regulatorio aplicable.
