Este trabajo pretende analizar la optativa del Presidente de la República para formar un gobierno de coalición, figura instaurada en el sistema jurídico mexicano con la reforma constitucional en materia político-electoral de diez de febrero de dos mil catorce; por lo que se abordará la presunta viabilidad de este novedoso cambio en la forma de gobierno, más allá de su simple inclusión en la Constitución.This study analyzes the choice of the President of the Republic to form a coalition government, figure introduced in the Mexican legal system with the constitutional reform in political and electoral matters on February 10th of two thousand fourteen; so the alleged viability of this new change in the form of government will be addressed, beyond its mere inclusion in the Constitution.
