El conocimiento científico jurídico se construye a partir de la aplicación de una estrategia metodológica integral constituida por los métodos generales de las ciencias -el hipotético-deductivo y el método científico-; los relativos al derecho determinados por los paradigmas que en el campo del conocimiento jurídico se han sistematizado, los definidos por la rama del derecho que ha de constituirse en el objeto de estudio del diseño de investigación propuesto, y los referentes al conocimiento sistematizado en escuelas y corrientes dogmáticas, producto de su abordaje teórico y metodológico en los niveles ontológico, axiológico, gnoseológico, teleológico, y sociológico o materialista.The scientific juridical knowledge is constructed from the application of a methodological integral strategy constituted by the general methods of the sciences: hypothetical, deductive and the scientific; the relatives to the law, the determined by the paradigms that in the field of the juridical knowledge have been systematized, defined by the branch of the law that has to constitute in the object of study of the design of investigation proposed, and the modals to the knowledge systematized in schools and dogmatic currents, product of his theoretical and methodological boarding in the levels ontological, axiologic, gnoseologic, teleological, and sociologically or materialistic.
