DescriptionOne of the main family interactions between children, adolescents and their grandparents is the relationship of communication or contact. It presents a normative evolution from the insertion of the paradigm of human rights in our legal system. The Family Law has been impacted by a process of publicity, and especially of the constitutionalization of Private Law, due to the constitutional reception of rules re-ferring to the person and the family, this is traditionally reserved for Civil Law. Cur-rently, the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation includes the postulates and new legal interpretations that were installed within the framework of these processes, re-newing many of the institutions of Family Law, including the relationship of com-munication between grandchildren and grandparents.en-US
DescriptionUna de las principales interacciones familiares entre lxs niñxs, adolescentes y sus abuelxs es la relación de comunicación o de contacto. La misma presenta una evolución normativa a partir de la inserción del paradigma de los derechos humanos en nuestro sistema jurídico. Pues, el Derecho de Familia ha sido impactado por un proceso de publicización, y en especial, de constitucionalización del Derecho Privado, producto de la relectura constitucional y convencional de temáticas reservadas tradicionalmente al Derecho Civil (Lloveras-Salomón, 2009). Actualmente, el Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación recoge los postulados y las nuevas interpretaciones jurídicas que se instalaron en el marco de dichos procesos, renovando muchas de las instituciones del Derecho de Familia, entre ellas, la relación de comunicación entre nietxs y abuelxs.es-ES
