Despite the failed constitutional process in Chile and the divided expectations around the second call, parity in the bodies continues to be an innovation of the Chilean process. However, the context conditions have varied and the Draft of the Political Constitution written by the Expert Commission generates uncertainty about the gender perspective in the future Constitution, since it provides, mainly, only for the political participation of women. Why hasn't a pro-woman perspective been crossed, despite the existence of a parity structure? Based on a descriptive and exploratory investigation, focused on the systematic review of the documents of the Expert Commission, we demonstrate that, under a new political environment and new institutional rules, the failures in the coordination capacity of the feminist representatives with other decision-makers and the almost non-existent active participation of civil society could explain the results of the first stage of the constituent process of 2023.A pesar del fallido proceso constituyente en Chile y las expectativas divididas en torno a la segunda convocatoria, la paridad en los órganos sigue siendo una innovación del proceso chileno. Sin embargo, las condiciones de contexto han variado y el Anteproyecto de Constitución Política redactado por la Comisión Experta genera incertidumbre sobre la perspectiva de género en la futura Constitución, ya que dispone, principalmente, solo la participación política de las mujeres. ¿Por qué no se ha transversalizado una perspectiva pro mujer, a pesar de existir una estructura paritaria? A partir de una investigación descriptiva y exploratoria, centrada en la revisión sistemática de los documentos de la Comisión Experta, demostramos que, bajo un nuevo entorno político y nuevas reglas institucionales, las fallas en la capacidad de coordinación de las representantes feministas con otros decisores y la casi inexistente participación activa de la sociedad civil podrían explicar los resultados de la primera etapa del proceso constituyente de 2023.
