El presente trabajo pretende exponer brevemente, los aspectos generales de la desaparición forzada y las mujeres como grupo en situación de vulnerabilidad. Así también, busca analizar los estándares que debe cumplir la investigación de este delito, la debida diligencia e imparcialidad con que se debe actuar cuando las involucradas son mujeres, de conformidad a lo prescrito por la Convención de Belém do Pará y la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. Finalmente, se estudiará el derecho a la verdad y la obligación de investigar como medidas de reparación para este tipo de casos.This work aims to briefly expose the general aspects of forced disappearance and women as a group in vulnerable situations. This way also, it seeks to analyze the standards that there must fulfill the investigation of this crime, the due diligence and impartiality with which it is necessary to act when the involved ones are women, of conformity to the prescribed for the Convention of Belém do Pará and the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human rights. Finally, it will study the right to the truth and the obligation to investigate as reparation measures for this type of case.
