The objective of this work is to find the instruments of spanish private international Law that protect women victims of gender violence. To do this, the applicable regulations are investigated that allow us to know certain jurisdictional court that will apply the most favorable law that does not violate international public order. However, there are still countries that authorize forced marriages and unilateral repudiation of the husband. Consequently, legal mechanisms are studied to avoid gender violence in these cases.El objetivo de este trabajo es hallar los instrumentos de derecho internacional privado español que protegen a la mujer víctima de violencia de género. Para ello, se investiga la normativa aplicable que permite conocer a determinados órganos jurisdiccionales que van a aplicar la ley más favorable que no vulnere el orden público internacional. No obstante, siguen existiendo países que autorizan los matrimonios forzosos y el repudio unilateral del marido. En consecuencia, se estudian los mecanismos jurídicos para evitar la violencia de género en estos casos.
