DescriptionThis article pretends to evaluate the results of State actions in the dairy industry. To this end, it will examine from a historical perspective the action of the State in this sector, identifying the goals and instruments that it used. From that analysis and a result evaluation, it will be possible to stablish criteria to judge the effectiveness of the public action and, as a consequence, to suggest modifications that could guide it to a better direction.en-US
DescriptionEn este artículo se pretende evaluar los resultados de la acción estatal en el sector lácteo. Para tal fin, se examinará desde una perspectiva histórica (que gruesamente puede ubicarse a principios de la década de 1940) la acción del Estado en el sector, determinando así objetivos e instrumentos utilizados por éste. A partir de este análisis y de una evaluación de resultados, será factible establecer criterios para juzgar la efectividad de la acción pública y, por consiguiente, sugerir modificaciones que pudieran encaminarla en mejor dirección.es-ES
