Description	From the entry into force of the Transparency and Access to Public Information Act, there has been a permanent tension in the work of reconciliation among the access to public information and the protection of personal data. In this paper, we discuss a key issue that must be taken into account in order to overcome the tension between these guarantees: the character of fundamental rights equivalent relevance.	en-US
