DescriptionThe new Law of security without displacement, contained in law No. 20.190, 2007, already in the definition of the concept it regulates (article 1) admits the possibility of pledging as security future tangible and intangible objects, and immediately offers some pertinent norms it its articles 9, 14 and 37. This article offers a complete presentation of the system of this concept, based on the aforementioned legislative data and in the dogmatic discipline, which in general, present the future objects and the actions over them.en-US
DescriptionLa nueva Ley de prenda sin desplazamiento, contenida en la Ley Nº 20.190, de 2007, ya en la definición de la figura que regula (artículo 1) admite la posibilidad de pignorar cosas corporales e incorporales futuras, y enseguida ofrece algunas normas concernientes en sus artículos 9, 14 y 37. El presente trabajo ofrece una exposición completa del régimen de esta figura, fundada en los datos legislativos antes señalados y en la disciplina dogmática que, en general, presentan las cosas futuras y los actos sobre ellas.es-ES
