DescriptionThere is the modern tendency to abolish the category of the real contract and replace its actual specific types for two consensual contracts. This work presents the roots of that tendency and its legal manifestation and criticises it based on that the replacement offers unsolvable problems to the dogmatic aspect and also for practical reasons.en-US
