Factoring is a commercial and juridical operation that allows the creditor of the liability in the invoice to assign the credit to the same invoice in order to se-cure anticipated net resources. factoring has been the subject of a new legal regulation and has been reinforced within the scope of the 2005 law nº 19.983 concerning executory instruments and invoice assignment. at the same time, as this law is under study, there exists a specific legal regulation concerning the electronic invoice; in relation to art. 9, art. 1 provides for the possibility to issue a copy of an original electronic invoice without tax value on condition that if it is an electronic document, this should be issued as stipulated in the law.El "factoring" es una operación comercial y jurídica que permite al acreedor de la obligación de que da cuenta una factura ceder su crédito sobre la misma, para obtener recursos líquidos de manera anticipada, ha sido objeto de una nueva regulación legal y fortalecido en el marco de ley nº 19.983 del año 2005 sobre título ejecutivo y cesión de facturas. Paralelamente, con la ley en estudio existe una regulación legal específica para la factura electrónica; conforme al artículo primero, en relación con el noveno, se establece la posibilidad de emitir "una copia, sin valor tributario, de una factura original" electrónica, sea que esté soportada en papel o electrónicamente, con la condición de que tratándose del documento electrónico este sea emitido de conformidad a la ley.
