The article aims to identify the main practical problems that arise in the relationship of unauthorized use of images of human beings, and at the same time, to show how national and foreign Courts currently solve these problems. Among these, the exposition focuses on the determination of the Right ́s limits, and in the analysis of the alternatives and remedies that the Law provides in case of unauthorized use, focusing specially in liability and unjustified enrichment.El artículo tiene como objetivo identificar los principales problemas prácticos que se presentan en relación con el uso no autorizado de imágenes de personas y, al mismo tiempo, exponer cómo se están resolviendo en ciertos ordenamientos extranjeros, y cómo los tribunales nacionales los resuelven actualmente. Dentro de estos, la exposición se centra en determinar los límites del Derecho, para luego abordar las posibles respuestas frente a vulneraciones, centrándose en la responsabilidad extracontractual y el enriquecimiento injustificado.
