DescriptionPensar en la judicatura como un poder público, modificación del paradigma decimonónico que estructura el imaginario jurídico chileno en sus orígenes y para el cual la judicatura es un órgano fundamentalmente subordinado, nos debe llevar a enfatizar la importancia de que el poder judicial ejerza sus atribuciones y poderes mirando el contexto social e intentando maximizar el acceso a la justicia. El caso “Colusión de Farmacias” ejemplifica estas necesidades.es-ES
DescriptionTo think of the judiciary as a public power, a modification of the nineteenth century paradigm that structures the Chilean legal imaginary in its origins and for whom the judiciary is a fundamentally subordinate organ, should lead us to emphasize the importance that the judiciary exercises its powers by looking at the social context and trying to enhance access to justice. The case “Pharmacies Collusion” exemplifies these needs.en-US
